Aura (“we”, “us”) provides a daily wellness app focused on prayer, positive energy (quotes and mood support), and mindful movement such as yoga.

Account information: email address and display name when you create an account.

Practice and preference data: saved quotes, favourite sessions, reminder times, appearance choices, and similar in-app settings.

Usage content you choose to save: prayer or practice history, bookmarks, and feedback you send us.

Tester programme details: if you join a closed test, we may collect your name, store-account email, platform, and optional invitee email.

Diagnostics and usage: crash reports, performance metrics, and limited analytics through Firebase (including Crashlytics and related tooling) and Sentry, which may include device model, OS version, app version, and approximate usage events. We do not use this for advertising based on your private content.

To create and secure your account and deliver Aura’s prayer, quote, and movement features.

To personalise reminders, saved content, and recommendations within the app.

To keep the service reliable and safe (debugging, crash monitoring, and abuse prevention).

To operate closed testing and communicate about access, when you opt in.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private practice content for third-party advertising.

With service providers who process data for us under contract, including Supabase (backend and storage), Firebase/Google (analytics and crash reporting), and Sentry (error monitoring).

When required by law, or to protect the safety of users or others in limited, good-faith circumstances.

Staff and admin tooling is restricted by design and policy; access to personal content is limited to what is needed to operate the service.

We retain account and practice data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service.

In-app settings may let you clear certain saved content; you can also email hadise.75.sh@gmail.com to request account deletion or a copy of your data.

After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize personal data except where we must keep limited records for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

We use industry-standard protections such as encrypted transport (HTTPS) and authenticated access controls.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong password and protect your device.

Aura is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact hadise.75.sh@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.

We and our processors may store or process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Aura after an update means you accept the revised policy.
